Meal and Menu Planning

We all face challenges week in and week out, don't let your health and the food your eating be one of them. I enjoy creating meals and weekly menus around your food interests, and current diet. These meals and menus can be tailored however you please. I take into consideration the athlete, the active human, the everyday businessman or woman, and the bustling 5 person family. No matter what your needs are, lets challenge ourselves to make your meals the best they can be.

Whatever the reason may be, let me take the stress out of a great night and a wonderful meal. We can bring your evening to life, while you spend quality time with your guests. let me artfully style your dinner, and bring the warm, intimate experience of an in-house chef to your kitchen. 

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

As a chef and adventurer, no meal is too hard, and they all pose fun challenges. Whether it's morning, afternoon, or evening, I love to put great food on your plate. You may be interested in better ways to jumpstart your day, ward off the afternoon lull in performance, or enhance the same old dinner meal. Whatever the scenario, I can help you reach your nutritional goals, feel great, and learn a few wonderful foodie tips along the way.  

Your weekly menu plan

If your one of the many who find it hard to fit healthy, quality meals into your daily routine, work with me to establish a weekly menu that will energize your day and take the stress out of your evenings. 

Option#1: Weekly menu plans that provide you an easy, step by step process to making quick, delicious meals. Instructions included, as well as best food practices and shopping techniques. 

Option#2: Weekly meal plans, prepared and cooked in your kitchen. These meals are made 1 or 2 days a week, depending on your preference. Then placed into your fridge, ready for the oven or fresh, and enjoyed following a long work day. 

Pre and Post Workout meals/Race week menu plans

Perhaps you've read on my website that I love endurance sports, athletics of all kinds. Naturally, I have found myself cooking the meals needed to suffice your body during long training days, intense workouts, and overall race season improvement. Cooking for athletes and active people has been my profession for 5 years now, and I love doing it. Lets chat about how to improve your overall wellness, confidence, and ability to continue "going" during the most crucial times in your training/racing calendar.
