I offer 3 wonderful ways to spend an evening in, or a night with company. We will spend as much or as little of your time creating a menu, beer or wine list, and theme or decor. Please do not hesitate to ask about vegetarian, vegan, raw, or any specific diets you must consider. My experience in the endurance sports industry has provided years of managing clients diets of all kinds. I cant wait to build a fun and memorable event with you!

Tis the season, lets stay outside and enjoy the evening light. Spring, summer, or fall, lets highlight that beautiful patio, deck, or backyard you've worked so hard on. Open pit fires, barbecues, or an argentine inspired surf and turf, lets mix it up, stay up late, and cook under the stars. 

Trail

When was the last time you went for an adventure, and wished you didn't have to think about the meal afterwards? Maybe the meal could come to you? I specialize in off site catering, any size, any place. Get your friends together, adventure all day, and return to a full, gourmet meal at the trailhead.
