Its my goal to bring you and your guests the most enjoyable and tasty meal they've ever had. My emphasis on your evening is the foundation of my presence as a chef and designer of creative food. I want to bring as much joy to your event through food, as I do through my love for conversation, story telling, laughs, and memories. Harvest or holiday parties, I have menu options that will warm the body or freshen the taste buds. Colorado boasts some of the Rocky Mountains more profound community supported agriculture programs. I use seasonal and local foods as often as I can.

I am available to design menus for you, as well as design them around your favorite foods or seasonal desires.

Holiday parties, weddings, birthdays, and sporting events, no get together is unrealistic. Lets talk numbers and location, let me weigh the pounds and contact the ice cream truck man!

Appetizers

$8-$10/head

Grilled heirloom tomatoes, fresno peppers and Burrata Cheese Crostini's topped with basil chiffonade and chile oil


Char grilled chicken skewers wrapped in cilantro, dipped in a sweet and spicy satay sauce


Mediterranean Hummus
with pita spears, carrots, celery, radish, grilled romaine hearts, cucumber and pickled red onion


Main Dish

$3.50-$5/head

Chimichurri rubbed beef tenderloin with grilled lemons

Roasted fingerling potatoes with arugula and rosemary

sautéed carrots and wild mushrooms with a chardonnay thyme dressing

Sea salt, Olive Oil, and Orange Zest Frisee Salad with spicy, roasted peppitas

Dessert

$2-$3/head

Assorted Ice Creams, chocolate dipped pretzels/fruit, CHEF Z cookies, biscotti

The evenings that matter... Small, intimate moments with loved ones, friends, and family. I look forward to crafting a different kind of night. One where your guests go home saying, "I will remember that night for a long time..."

Melted brie served with apricot and fig preserves, grilled toast spears, roasted garlic and thyme

Slow cooked Bison, Beef, or Elk meatballs in a house made marinara

Charcuterie platter: assorted meats, cheeses, olives, spiced nuts, and pickled vegetables. 

Main Dish

Roasted whole chicken or fish (choice depends on market availability)

Warm cabbage, chard, and arugula salad

Cauliflower Parmesan

Wild Rice and sweet pepper medley

Country Bread Loaf with a whipped, herb butter

As my story tells, I live for adventure and the quiet of the outdoors. Come, experience the wonder of eating under the stars, following your incredible day in the mountains. No dress code, no expectations, no problems. Leave the meal to me, you will have an unforgettable time in your favorite place in the woods, local park, or by the creek.

Depending on the location of your event, Trail Party menu's can and will be fun, interactive and hot of the grill. 

Everything from Pork Shoulder to my signature burgers, I can serve meats of all kinds. 

Need some veggie dishes? I have plenty to choose from

Fresh salads are always a part of my menu's, 1, 2, 3 different kinds, no problem!
